Represent a world-leading power tools manufacturer dealing with high value, multi-site retail and ecommerce partners. Your role will be to develop and execute the company’s key accounts strategy to a portfolio of customers in East Anglia and the South East. You will build the strength of the company’s partnership with high value customers while meeting growth targets across sales, margin, market share and unit sales.
This requires:
- Advanced relationship building skills throughout the customer from CEO to sales counter level.
- Building joint business plans with each key account that defines marketing support and training.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- High level negotiation skills that creatively deliver win-win solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in all mediums including internal and external presentations at Board level, running product demonstration events, written proposals and team meetings.
