Job Description:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to independent retail and trade environments, optimising for market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including commercial and procurement, to align marketing activities with broader business objectives.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform and develop targeted marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand presence and driving growth of product ranges.
- Run and coordinate the execution of marketing programs, ensuring they deliver on time, within budget, and with high impact.
- Facilitate strong, positive relationships with a diverse network of partners, via our independent distribution and export channel including supporting and implementing joint marketing activities and campaigns.
- Proactively engage in customer interactions to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and drive customer-centric initiatives.
- Develop and implement engaging in-store POS and online digital advertising for customers to drive campaigns, products, and ranges to help drive customer footfall.
- Plan and implement industry and customer events to engage with trades people and retail consumers and drive engagement with our products and brands.

- Hands on and proactive approach with a can do mentality.
- Able to speak to stakeholders and key customers in a confident manner in a start to finish role.
