My client is a well-known European manufacturer of catering equipment and products, a global leader in foodservice technology. They are looking for the right person to join their team in the UK to manage and develop their growth in the northern region. The role will involve a mixture of key existing business as well as new business development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark with this global company. The candidate must be self-motivated and confident dealing at all contact levels. With a product range that incorporates food transportation and cooking solutions, target customers will be from the Education, Care, Hospital, Hotel, Leisure, and stadia sectors.

A proven sales background and a good understanding of the commercial catering industry and practices would be a great advantage. Knowledge of selling to the public sector would also be beneficial. This candidate will require excellent levels of communication and be able to talk with confidence to all sectors of the foodservice market.

The role will be selling to end-users predominantly but will also include commercial catering equipment dealers, distributors, and contract caterers. It is a hybrid working role, field-based covering the North of England from Birmingham up to the North West, Yorkshire, and East Midlands. You will work from a home office when not with customers.
