The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing new business and managing existing relationships with Dealers and Distributors as well as the end-users across central England. With a focus on the Midlands you will act as a product specialist, developing business plans to increase market share, product distribution, and overall revenue.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, closing business, monitoring sales performance, and growing existing customer relationships. You will also deliver product training, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and represent the brand at customer and industry events.
This role requires a proactive approach, combining strategic planning with hands-on sales activity to maximise opportunities and support long-term growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales experience within foodservice or beverage equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment-led products
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to develop business strategically
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, motivated attitude with strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
