Our client is an established and growing coffee and beverage business supplying high-quality solutions to the hospitality sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the North of England and Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a strong background in hospitality, particularly within the hotel sector, to join a business with ambitious growth plans.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow sales across the North of England and Scotland
  • Develop new business opportunities within hotels and hospitality groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Present and promote coffee, beverage, and equipment solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

About You:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within hospitality, ideally selling to hotels
  • Background in coffee, beverage, foodservice, or hospitality-related sales preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large territory
  • Full UK driving licence

Package:

  • Basic salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure
