Position: Project Manager (Major Projects) Location: Midlands/Yorkshire – Hybrid (with occasional travel to company office and project sites as required) Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager (Major Projects) to join our clients team. You will support the Major Projects division, delivering high-quality projects across complex electrical infrastructure, including DNO/iDNO contestable works (33kV–132kV) and renewable energy balance of plant works (DC/LV up to 132kV). Key Responsibilities Represent the company in a professional and articulate manner, at all times, to all stakeholders. Ensure that all Special Projects being managed are delivered in a safe and responsible manner. Lead and manage change and variations. Ability to proactively identify and manage Risk. Write internal project specific RAMS where necessary. Manage internal and external project resources such as suppliers and subcontractors as necessary. Support the site manager where necessary and applicable. Review, record and manage all sub-contract Risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) Maintain and manage Site SHEQ documentation in line with company policy. Comply with project specific Monthly SHEQ Tours. Undertake and record Projects specific Quarterly SHEQ tours with a Senior Project Manager. Maintain Project specific documentation in line with the company’s BMS. Maintain a Continual Professional development (CPD) strategy. About You Proven leader and team player. Management and leadership experience of managing project/programme budgets and resources.
