As our Production Performance Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of the operations team — using data, insight, and analysis to monitor and improve production efficiency across our manufacturing site. You'll turn numbers into actions and help shape smarter, leaner processes on the shop floor.

  • Collect and analyse data from production processes (output, downtime, scrap, cycle times, etc).
  • Enable the business to focus on continuous improvement that leads to savings on time and/or material.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
  • Identify and investigate areas of underperformance or waste.
  • Assist in capacity planning, labour utilisation, and process mapping.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management to support decision-making.

The business leaders will create a package designed to attract their chosen candidate. It is anticipated that the salary will be between £35,000 and £45,000.

Suitable candidates will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with and identifying patterns within data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • A continuous improvement mentality.
  • Suitable candidates will live within a commutable distance of Daventry or be prepared to move. The role is not home-based.
