As our Production Performance Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of the operations team — using data, insight, and analysis to monitor and improve production efficiency across our manufacturing site. You'll turn numbers into actions and help shape smarter, leaner processes on the shop floor.
- Collect and analyse data from production processes (output, downtime, scrap, cycle times, etc).
- Enable the business to focus on continuous improvement that leads to savings on time and/or material.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Identify and investigate areas of underperformance or waste.
- Assist in capacity planning, labour utilisation, and process mapping.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management to support decision-making.

The business leaders will create a package designed to attract their chosen candidate. It is anticipated that the salary will be between £35,000 and £45,000.
