You will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, managing product ranges, and delivering measurable growth. Working closely with sales, NPD and marketing teams, you will take products from concept through to launch and ongoing performance optimisation. Own and manage a designated brand portfolio end-to-end. Deliver category and range reviews, identifying opportunities to improve performance and margin. Analyse sales, market and competitor data to drive informed decisions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches. Manage budgets to maximise brand visibility and ROI. Work cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Identify new product opportunities through market and customer insight. Collaborate with NPD to bring new products to market successfully.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience in brand, product or category management.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience managing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Confidence working with budgets and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results.
- Experience within tools/DIY is highly desirable.
This is an office-based role; however, it could be remote for someone with exceptional experience!
