The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 Β£ per year.

Responsible for management of the project delivery team, with full operational P&L responsibility for the region. Managing a team of experienced Project Managers, to drive enhancements and profitable delivery of new connection projects across the region. Responsible for assessing team capabilities and resources in line with existing project requirements and the forecast pipeline of projects. Enhance and increase team capabilities and the scope of deliverable projects. Report project performance to the Director, highlighting project challenges. Build and develop processes and procedures to enhance project performance metrics (on time and in budget). Driving the development and expansion of the operational delivery mechanics in the region. Directly manage and deliver key high profile, flagship projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, driving a quality first ethos.

The role would suit a senior project manager looking for the next step or an existing Project Lead/Operations Manager looking to be part of a company’s growth journey.
