Exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to help grow an established business. My client, a small yet growing ambitious business, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join its London-based business to help them expand.
One of London’s leading catering distributors to the hospitality industry, my client supplies a range of catering equipment including glassware and tableware to businesses across London and the UK. With a reputation for first-class service and superior product range, this is a fantastic opportunity.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for external sales development as well as the management of existing accounts. Predominantly operating within the London market, there is a range of loyal customers in the Independent Bar, Pub, Restaurant, and Hotel sector. This person will have the capability to not only act as the senior salesperson within the business but, once established, have the ambition to build and manage a small team of salespeople.
The Candidate Will Be Tasked With:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and prospects by acting as a trusted advisor.
- Gaining a deep understanding of their needs and challenges to propose solutions that deliver value and create a positive customer experience.
- Building and managing a sales team to assist in achieving and exceeding company goals.
- Setting sales targets and margins.
- Inspiring confidence that they are the ideal partner, both now and for future endeavors.
- Being proactive. Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop valuable partnerships.
- Presenting sales reports with realistic forecasts to management.
