We're seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing Manager to lead purchasing operations for a successful, growing British consumer goods business (Health & Beauty) based in Wimbledon. You'll take ownership of procurement strategy, supplier relationships, inventory and budget management, and product development initiatives — ensuring the right products land at the right time and the right price. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, office-based role suited to a Purchasing Manager with strong leadership instincts, sharp market awareness, and the ability to work confidently across departments.
Key Responsibilities

The Person
Experience: Managerial experience with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. 3 years’ experience in Purchasing / Procurement is desired.
Skills: Advanced Excel or equivalent data analysis capability; familiarity with systems such as NetSuite is an advantage.
Background: Your Purchasing / Procurement experience will have been attained working with consumer goods. While Health & Beauty or fashion experience is especially welcome, experience in any consumer goods category will be of interest.
Attributes: Self-driven, commercially astute, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
Qualifications: Fluent written and spoken English essential. MCIPS (or similar) preferred.
