The Role
An exciting National Account Manager role to join this growing business and help accelerate the growth of their Bath, Body and Skincare brands across the UK retail market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines excellent account management skills with a genuine passion for winning new business and developing long-term retail partnerships.
- You will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities within mass market retail customers including discounters, grocers and high street retailers.
- Managing and growing strategic retail accounts.
- Building strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering annual account plans.
- Owning account profitability and delivering against sales targets.
- Leading Critical Path management to ensure projects and launches are delivered on time.
This role may also suit a National Account Executive/Key Account Manager who is ready and able to take the next step in their account management career.
Experience within grocery, discount retail and high-volume channels with customers such as Primark, B&M Bargains, Poundland, The Range, Boots, Superdrug, Next, Tesco, Asda or similar.
Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L management.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and functions such as VLOOKUP.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
