My client is a well-established Financial Planning practice based in North Bristol and is currently looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their long-standing workforce.
The Role:
- To support the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administrative tasks including:
- Processing letters of authority.
- Compile enclosures for reports such as illustrations, key features and applications and send out client correspondence as needed.
- Request quotations on-line through various provider systems, as well as telephone and email.
- Liaison with providers, third parties and clients (via email, letter or telephone).
- Process switches, transfers, withdrawals and retirement benefits (including income drawdown) using all provider platforms.
- Process new business from proposal to policy document stage.
- Request investment valuations.
- Write post review letters.
This is an office-based role.
The Candidate:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the Financial Services sector, ideally within a Financial Planning practice, and be familiar with FCA regulations.
- Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous.
Salary: Up to £32k depending on experience.
