We are seeking a dynamic and driven business development professional to promote and sell the company's bathroom products to premium Bathroom Showrooms and Buying Groups (Fortis NBG) within the South of England London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and make a meaningful impact in a growing market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive retail development strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and target markets.
  • Showroom Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for new showroom locations or partnerships, and coordinate their successful implementation with internal teams.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Pitch products and services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store and online marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and merchandise displays.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Key Skills/Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience selling to the premium Bathroom showrooms within the South of England and possess the following skills:

  • This role is heavily reliant on cultivating and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Active listening and a customer-centric approach are essential.
  • Existing network within retail showroom sector is preferable.
  • Technical knowledge of bathroom products and plumbing systems.
