Location: Home based – 1 day a week in the Midlands

Salary: Up to £46,000 Basic + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you will own key customer relationships, drive growth, and influence strategy. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive profitable sales growth across key and national retail accounts
  • Build and execute ambitious joint business plans
  • Lead negotiations on price, range, promotions, and distribution
  • Identify new opportunities through data, insight, and strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver results
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
