My client is a well-established Financial Planning practice based in North Bristol and is currently looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their long-standing workforce.

The Role:

  • To support the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administrative tasks including:
  • Processing letters of authority.
  • Compile enclosures for reports such as illustrations, key features and applications and send out client correspondence as needed.
  • Request quotations on-line through various provider systems, as well as telephone and email.
  • Liaison with providers, third parties and clients (via email, letter or telephone).
  • Process switches, transfers, withdrawals and retirement benefits (including income drawdown) using all provider platforms.
  • Process new business from proposal to policy document stage.
  • Request investment valuations.
  • Write post review letters.

This is an office-based role.

The Candidate:

  • The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the Financial Services sector, ideally within a Financial Planning practice, and be familiar with FCA regulations.
  • Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous.

Salary: Up to £32k depending on experience.
