The Role
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and bespoke advice to corporate clients on a range of employee benefits. You will build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clients receive expert guidance that maximises their investment in employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Advisory: Provide independent, whole-of-market advice on PMI, Group Protection, and Health & Wellbeing benefits.

- Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, provider offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure best-in-class advice.

- Proven experience in employee benefits consulting, ideally in an independent advisory setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of PMI, Group Protection, and Health & Wellbeing benefits.
- Demonstrable track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
- A consultative approach with a focus on long-term client success.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
