The Role

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and bespoke advice to corporate clients on a range of employee benefits. You will build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clients receive expert guidance that maximises their investment in employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Advisory: Provide independent, whole-of-market advice on PMI, Group Protection, and Health & Wellbeing benefits.
  • Client Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, provider offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure best-in-class advice.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new client opportunities, leveraging professional networks and industry connections.
  • Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure all advice and recommendations adhere to regulatory requirements and company best practices.
