Job Description:
- Recruiting for a Digital Account Manager to manage a portfolio of online retail accounts and develop those accounts further.
- You will be responsible for P&L and managing the accounts (e.g. Robert Dyas, Very, QVC, JD Williams) and will manage customer orders, use customer portals, update catalogues etc.
- You will set up, select and manage catalogues and manage order flow.
- Analyse sales and stock data as well as manage content and online product presentation.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
- For the Digital Key Account role you will have experience in digital account management within FMCG.
- This role is Dropship focused so knowledge and understanding of Dropship is required.
- Experience using Virtual Stock would be beneficial as would the ability to build relationships with buyers.
- Ability to get to Manchester 3 days a week.
- An interest in technology and making processes quicker using AI or other programmes.
Salary/Benefits Information:
- £40,000 – £55,000
