A highly successful and progressive independent insurance broker is looking to add an experienced Commercial Account Handler to its growing team. The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Working closely with Account Executives, you will help deliver a high standard of client care while ensuring efficient administration across the account lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Supporting new business broking and re-broking exercises
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and general policy administration
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries and policy amendments
- Providing technical support and acting as a referral point for junior colleagues
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong commercial insurance knowledge, with experience across SME or corporate clients preferred
- Excellent relationship management and client service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- CII qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £50,000, depending on experience
- Bonus scheme based on company and individual performance
