The partners at Cavendish Maine are delighted to be working in partnership with Vispring Ltd to appoint a UK Sales Director — a pivotal senior leadership role within one of Britain’s most prestigious luxury brands.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will define and deliver the UK sales strategy, owning the P&L and driving sustainable, profitable growth across both established and emerging channels.

Vispring is globally recognised for its craftsmanship, heritage and uncompromising quality. The UK Sales Director will lead, inspire and develop a small but highly capable sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.

This opportunity will appeal to a high-performing, commercially astute sales leader who is motivated not just by results, but by the opportunity to shape and influence the trajectory of a globally respected luxury brand in its home market.

You will bring a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth within premium or luxury environments (bedding/furniture experience is welcome but is not essential), with a clear understanding of how to balance brand integrity with commercial performance. Experience of working within luxury retail— where customer experience, product positioning and long-term partnerships are critical — will be key.
