We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join an established Hospitality design and fit-out business, leading the development and implementation of BIM processes across live projects and the wider organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of BIM delivery, drive ISO 19650 compliance, and play a key role in establishing the business as a leader in BIM within the catering design and commercial interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BIM delivery across live projects, ensuring quality, coordination and compliance.
  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards and workflows.
  • Oversee clash detection, model coordination, data integrity and Common Data Environments (CDEs).
  • Drive BIM strategy, adoption and best practice across the business.
  • Lead the ISO 19650 implementation and accreditation journey.
  • Support and train design teams while helping build future BIM capability.
  • Manage BIM software, tools and reporting to senior management.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, UK BIM Framework and BIM best practices.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and CDE platforms.
  • Experience delivering BIM on construction, fit-out or design projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience within hospitality, commercial kitchen design or commercial fit-out sectors.
  • Knowledge of COBie, IFC workflows and asset information models.
  • Experience leading ISO accreditation projects.
