The Role: You will take ownership of several high-profile distributor relationships. You will be responsible for 60% account management of wholesalers and distributors and 40% business generation at end-user level. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with distributor sales teams to drive product adoption.
- Identifying growth opportunities within key partners and end-user clients.
- Supporting the roll-out of new sustainable product ranges.
- Reporting on account performance and contributing to strategic planning.
The Person: You will be a dynamic and adaptable commercial professional with:
- Proven experience managing high spend accounts.
- A strong track record in the Hospitality and/or Foodservice sector.
- Exposure to sustainable products or a genuine interest in eco-innovation.
- The ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- Creativity and flexibility in developing customer-focused solutions.
