The Opportunity: As a key member of the newly established Marketplace team, you will play an integral role in driving the visibility, performance and growth of a portfolio of leading housewares brands across Amazon and other online marketplaces. Working closely with the Marketing, Product Development and Marketplace teams, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, optimise product performance and support the company's long-term digital growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Development and Marketplace teams to execute agreed marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proactively shape content to align with emerging consumer and marketplace trends.
- Create and manage Amazon product listing forms for new product launches.
- Develop and coordinate the creation of compelling A+ Content within established brand guidelines.
- Maintain and optimise Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring they showcase key launches, hero products and current trends.
- Write and enhance product titles, bullet points and descriptions using keyword research and SEO best practice.
- Conduct keyword analysis and share insights across the wider business to support both B2B customers and the company's own B2B and B2C websites.
- Ensure content updates are replicated across European Amazon marketplaces to maintain a consistent brand message.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple product categories within the wider business portfolio.
- Monitor competitor activity, analysing marketing approaches and presenting recommendations to the team.
- Review Vendor Central reports to identify trends, opportunities and performance insights.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches, product bundles and promotional activity.
- Work with internal teams to ensure all products have a comprehensive suite of imagery, including pack shots, lifestyle photography and infographic content.
- Monitor campaign and content performance, presenting findings and recommendations to the management team.
Wider Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the product ranges, their features, benefits and target audiences.
- Work closely with Product Development teams to support new product launches and communicate emerging trends through Amazon content.
- Create engaging digital assets and content to support launches and promotional campaigns.
- Produce imagery and content for use across customer B2B websites and other digital channels.
- Present marketing performance updates and recommendations to management to support future planning.
- Provide support across additional business categories and projects as required.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on e-commerce experience, with a strong focus on Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Vendor Services (AVS).
- Proven experience in planning, executing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ Content and Brand Store management.
- Experience analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
