This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of SME Commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
About the Role:
You’ll join an established team of 8 Account Handlers supporting SME clients with individual premiums of up to £10,000. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, and you’ll be the first point of contact for all client queries, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and expertise.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering a high-quality, efficient service to clients across a variety of sectors.
- Supporting Account Executives in the day-to-day management and renewal of client portfolios.
- Preparing, processing, and reviewing all documentation related to policy placement, amendments, and renewals.
- Building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
- Contributing to the company’s strong reputation for professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service.
About You:
