The Role: You will take ownership of several high-profile distributor relationships. You will be responsible for 60% account management of wholesalers and distributors and 40% business generation at end-user level. Building strong relationships with distributor sales teams to drive product adoption. Identifying growth opportunities within key partners and end-user clients. Supporting the roll-out of new sustainable product ranges. Reporting on account performance and contributing to strategic planning.
The Person: You will be a dynamic and adaptable commercial professional with: Proven experience managing high spend accounts. A strong track record in the Hospitality and/or Foodservice sector. Exposure to sustainable products or a genuine interest in eco-innovation. The ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Strong organisational and reporting skills. Creativity and flexibility in developing customer-focused solutions.
