Our client is a well-established arts and crafts company. They supply the retail trade with a fantastic range of creative and innovative arts, crafts, stationery, gifts, and accessories for both children and adults alike.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies across a territory covering Northern Ireland along with some parts of the ROI. Responsible for sales to independent retail customers that range from gift, greetings, stationery, toy, garden centres, and tourist attractions, this position will manage a well-established and high performing range of existing customers whilst actively developing new business opportunities.
The Person
- A proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the local market and customers is helpful but not necessary
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic salary (DOE) + excellent bonus + company car + tax free daily lunch allowance
