A respected market leader within the commercial interiors sector, who have experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years, are looking to strengthen their team with the key recruitment of an additional Sales Manager to cover Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, North & West London. About the Role:
- Develop effective partnership with designated accounts and customers.
- Construct annually and agree an individual business plan.
- Plan for effective coverage of defined territory in relation to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain and grow an effective customer/client database.
- Make effective use of our Customer Contact strategy and update Creatio (CRM system) on a daily basis.
- Record daily activity and communicate it within defined time scales.
- Pro-actively communicate; within the segment team, across all segments and with the Customer Care Centre to clearly demonstrate effective teamwork.
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Attend and take an active part in meetings, training days, seminars, exhibitions etc. as required by your Line Manager.
- Identify potential new products within the segment and pro-actively communicate it to your Manager.
- Effectively communicate; customer and/or product complaints; competitor activity and local field intelligence using the appropriate medium.
About the Individual:
We are looking for a sales professional who has experience working within the Commercial Interiors sector: Floorcoverings, KBB, Ceramic Tiles, Furniture or Lighting. The successful individual will have experience dealing with Contractors and Distributors, within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex North & West London. Experience within Social Media is essential, with the ability to use LinkedIn, Pinterest and being able to conduct meetings virtually (Zoom, Teams, Skype etc).
Package:
