The Role

You’ll be joining an established and growing office, playing a key role in both maintaining existing client relationships and supporting future growth. A medium-term succession plan is in place for you to inherit a significant portfolio of loyal clients due to an upcoming retirement giving you both immediate impact and long-term stability. Working alongside one of the most respected broking teams in the region, your focus will be on delivering best-in-class advice, risk management and insurance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced Account Executive or Development Executive, with a proven track record in managing and growing commercial client relationships.
  • A consultative, advice-led approach someone who takes pride in doing the right thing for the client, not just the easy thing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and insurer partners.

Professional Qualifications

Progression towards ACII is beneficial but not essential; full support will be given for further study where required.
