Job Description A highly regarded regional broker are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Account Executive / Handler to support the growth of their new operation in London. They seek a driven and motivated professional with previous new business commercial insurance experience to support the needs of a diverse and interesting group of commercial clients. With the support of the regional team, the Account Executive will lead the management of the sales cycle for new commercial clients. There is a strong pipeline of warm leads and key duties will involve gathering risk information, preparing presentations for underwriters, negotiating terms, and securing policies. The Account Executive is the first point of contact for all external queries and issues and will require the skills and knowledge to meet client expectations. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days/week in the office. To deliver high quality and efficient service to clients. Working closely with Account Executives to provide a comprehensive insurance service to mainly new customers. Customers will range in size and shape, from smaller clients up to large corporate sized risks Must have previous experience gained within a commercial insurance environment and have relevant insurance technical knowledge. Excellent relationship building skills.
