Do you have a strong work ethic and a passion for exploring new opportunities to build business within the Commercial Interiors sector? Our client, a respected market leader, are looking for a Housebuilder Sales Manager to take on the challenge of penetrating various aspects of the Residential market through key clients and specifiers that operate within the sector. The aim will be to gain buying agreements where appropriate and to build a project pipeline based on a variety of Residential buildings from luxury developments through to social housing. As the fast-growing construction market evolves at pace, your role will be to keep at the forefront of the market and new projects – spotting and leveraging opportunities to grow sales with existing products and customers; and proactively creating openings to sell in products and bring new customers on board. You’ll have all the tools to do the job: the broadest product range, great delivery support and top-class customer service.
