This role sits within the HR function, supporting strategic decision‐making through robust data analytics and insights. You will work closely with Finance and the CFO to develop, manage, and enhance the bank's HR analytics framework. The role focuses on workforce data, people metrics, and reporting, enabling improved visibility, more accurate forecasting, and stronger organisational decision‐making.

Main Tasks
  • Develop a deep understanding of the bank's people strategy, workforce structure and HR processes.
  • Own and maintain HR dashboards, reporting suites, compensation and people data models.
  • Provide analytical insights to support talent management, organisational planning, and performance processes.
  • Analyse workforce trends including turnover, retention, compensation patterns, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance across all HR systems and sources.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party platform providers to improve data integration and reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the bank's 'HR analytics roadmap'.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in people analytics, proposing innovative analytical approaches where relevant.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in a numerate or data-focused discipline, or equivalent experience in data analysis or people analytics.
  • Experience with HR data, HRIS platforms or people-related reporting.
  • Proficiency in one or more analytical tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, SQL or Python.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, visualisation techniques and analytical best practice.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex insights to non-technical HR and business stakeholders.
  • High standards of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements and GDPR in relation to employee data.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams in a professional services environment.
