Complete quality monitoring visits with your clients.

  • Completing regular care plan reviews.

  • Liaising with other Healthcare professionals such as Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, GP Surgeries etc.

  • Coaching and mentoring new care staff.

  • Follow and be aware of CQC and LA guidelines of Safeguarding Processes and ensure that all carers follow and comply.

  • Providing personal care and support to our clients on an ongoing basis, promoting independence and understanding person centred care.

  • Provide support to our Home Care Worker staff members on a general or 1-2-1 basis ensuring competencies and training are up to date

  • Completing spot checks and medication checks on staff

  • Rostered on call duties (paid)

  • Medication administration

  • Sickness and Holiday cover

Evening work is a requirement

  • You must be a caring and compassionate person who is looking to deliver outstanding care and work within the team

  • You must be willing to travel around Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth areas

  • You must the ability to deal with problems and final solutions, and be able to work with a pressured environment ensuring that the team is competent at all times.

  • You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have you own transport

  • NVQ level 3 would be desirable but not necessary but you would have to complete this whilst on the job., Please also note you must have at least one years care experience and at least one years experience in a supervisory role to be considered.

Full Time – Working hours between 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm. This position covers the Beccles, Bungay and Halesworth area.

  • Guaranteed permanent contract of 35 Hours per week.

  • Pay rates – £12.75 during the week, £13.50 at weekends.

  • Travel time paid
