We are CaveFit.

We’re on a mission to make functional fitness the most accessible, inclusive, and habit forming way to train. Right in the heart of the city.

Born in Edinburgh, now in Glasgow, and with more locations on the horizon, CaveFit is redefining urban fitness. Our spaces are built for real movement, real results, and real community.

No fluff, No gimmicks. Just smart programming rooted in our 7 functional movements.

Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Push, Pull, Rotate, Brace.

The way your body was meant to move, taking it back to basics and building the foundations to help our community to live life better.

Our Vision is to become the authority in functional fitness in the UK and beyond by creating gyms and workout programs that don’t just train bodies, but build confidence, connection, and communities.

We’re more than a gym. We’re a training ground for growth. A social hub. A place where high-performers and first-timers lift side-by-side. Where your 6am class crew becomes your weekend crew.

Functional fitness. City center locations. Community-first everything.

Why do we exist?

To help people move better, feel stronger, and live bigger.

We’re here to build more than bodies. We build belief. Confidence. Connection.

Our Mission

To deliver intelligent, effective functional fitness that transforms people.

Our Values - This is our culture.

COMMUNITY OVER EGO. EVERYTIME.

We’re not lone wolves, We lift each other. No one trains alone.

PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION.

Show up. Put in the work.

TEACH THE WAY.

We’re coaches, not class instructors. We don’t just count reps. We explain them.

STRONG MINDS. NOT JUST STRONG BODIES.

We build fitness and mental resilience.

The Role

Coach, CaveFit (Glasgow) - Full-time

CaveFit coaches don’t just deliver workouts. We create moments that move people. As a CaveFit Coach, you’re the voice that motivates, the energy that lifts the room, and the presence that makes every member feel seen.

You’ll bring our programming to life with purpose and precision, delivering sessions that challenge both body and mind. Every cue, every connection, every class, it all adds up to the CaveFit standard. You’ll be trusted to uphold that standard, push it forward, and grow alongside a team that’s redefining what group training feels like.

With in-house development, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your coaching career as CaveFit continues to grow, this is your chance to be part of something bigger. A brand built on effort, energy, and excellence.
