Cave Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Part-time Client Care Associate to join our busy veterinary referral centre. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and smooth patient flow from reception to payment.
Responsibilities include booking routine and emergency appointments, answering calls and emails, explaining accounts, processing payments and maintaining patient records in our practice software. Full training provided.
