Cave Direct Technology is a growing IT refurbishment and resale business based in Norwich. We buy, test, refurbish and resell business IT equipment including laptops, docking stations, monitors, headsets, webcams and other technology. We also provide IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services to businesses across the UK. We’re looking for our first full‑time team member to help us continue growing. This is a hands‑on role that combines technology, refurbishment, warehousing and ecommerce operations. No two days are exactly the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving and booking in stock deliveries
  • Testing laptops, docking stations, monitors and IT equipment
  • Cleaning, grading and refurbishing stock
  • Diagnosing faults and identifying missing components
  • Preparing products for Amazon, eBay and our website
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Managing inventory and stock locations
  • Maintaining an organised warehouse environment
  • Assisting with IT asset disposal projects
  • PAT testing (training can be provided)
  • Helping improve processes as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience refurbishing laptops, PCs or IT equipment
  • Warehouse experience
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay or ecommerce
  • Knowledge of Dell, HP or Lenovo business devices
  • PAT testing experience
  • Experience working in a small business environment
