About Cavari

Cavari is a new premium bathroom and interiors brand, launching with a focused range of architectural baths and brassware. We are building Cavari deliberately prioritising:

  • Design integrity
  • Product quality
  • Long term brand authority

This is not a volume led, discount driven DTC brand.

The Role

We are beginning conversations with candidates for a Head of Brand to help establish Cavari’s credibility and presence in the premium interiors space. This role is about authority, relationships and brand gravity, not performance marketing or growth hacking. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Cavari feels established and trusted from day one.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Brand Authority & Credibility
  • Influencer & Partner Strategy (Selective)
  • Content Direction
  • Trade & Project Support

What This Role Is Not

This role does not involve:

  • Running paid ads
  • Managing ROAS or CAC
  • Ecommerce optimisation or CRO
  • High volume influencer campaigns

These functions sit elsewhere and will scale later.

You’re likely:

  • A senior individual contributor
  • From a premium homeware, interiors, or design led brand
  • Comfortable operating without a large team
  • Taste led, relationship driven and commercially aware

You’re not:

  • Obsessed with dashboards
