With a rich history dating back to 1923, Cavanna Homes is the South West’s largest independent house builder. We are family‑owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love. We are now looking for a Labourer to join our team in Matford in Exeter, on a full‑time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with general labouring duties
  • Moving materials around the site
  • Supporting the site team and subcontractors
  • Ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of the site is maintained
  • Working with project teams to meet customer expectations
  • Operating within the health and safety procedures

Who we are looking for

  • To be reliable and hardworking
  • To be proactive and take pride in your work
  • Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
  • A CSCS card would also be advantageous, as would a full, valid driving licence
