We are now looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be welcoming customers, guiding them through our show homes and available plots, and supporting them from first viewing right up to moving day and their first week in their new home. No two days are the same – you might be chatting to a first-time buyer excited to find their first home one day, then the next you’re working with solicitors and site teams to progress a sale. You’ll know all the benefits and unique selling points of homes on your development to find the right match for each customer, ensuring a professional, supportive and seamless experience.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure the show home and sales office presentation is outstanding
- Respond to generated sales leads, listening to customer needs and helping them find their match on our developments
- Guide buyers through the sales process to completion
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist in detailed market research
- Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit

Who we are looking for
To be considered as a Sales Advisor, you will need:
- Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
- Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
- The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
- A full, valid driving licence
