We are now looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week.

The Role

As a Customer Service Operative, you will carry out general maintenance works and minor repairs on properties at our sites across Devon, Somerset and Dorset. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a safe and cost-effective manner, you will conduct a range of tasks, including painting, drylining, carpentry, window adjustments, carpet repairs and mastic and silicone renewal. Once you have the required materials for a job, you will complete maintenance or repairs in customer homes and update the office team on outcomes.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Operative, you will need:

  • Experience working in a trade-based role
  • General construction experience
  • Experience working with customers
  • A qualification in a trade such as carpentry or drylining
  • A full, valid driving licence
