With a rich history dating back to 1923, Cavanna Homes is the South West's largest independent house builder. We are family-owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love. We are now looking for a Labourer to join our team in Exeter, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week.
What you'll be doing
As a Labourer, you will assist with the successful delivery of construction projects at our Matford site in Exeter. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with general labouring duties
- Moving materials around the site
- Supporting the site team and subcontractors
- Ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of the site is maintained
- Working with project teams to meet customer expectations
- Operating within the health and safety procedures
Who we are looking for
To be considered as a Labourer, you will need:
- To be reliable and hardworking
- To be proactive and take pride in your work
Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential. A CSCS card would also be advantageous, as would a full, valid driving licence.
