We are now looking for a Plant Operator to join our team at Warmwell Rise, Dorchester, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week.
What youll be doing
As a Plant Operator, you will operate plant equipment at our Warmwell Rise site, just outside Dorchester.
You will move material around the site, assist with the successful delivery of construction projects, and maintain high standards of work while adhering to health and safety policies.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting colleagues and subcontractors in working effectively
- Ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of the site is maintained
- Helping to manage site traffic safely and efficiently
Who we are looking for
To be considered as a Plant Operator, you will need:
- To be a qualified CPCS and/or NPORS cardholder
- Experience in the construction industry
- A good understanding of and adherence to health and safety standards
A full, valid driving licence would be beneficial.
