Sales Advisor in Dorchester, Dorset (with occasional travel to the Head Office in Torquay). We are family-owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love. We are now looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Thursday to Monday.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be welcoming customers, guiding them through our show homes and available plots, and supporting them from first viewing right up to moving day and settling into their new home. With no two days the same, you might be chatting to a first-time buyer excited to find their first home one day, then the next you’re working with solicitors and site teams to progress a sale.
- Ensure the show home and sales office presentation is outstanding
- Respond to generated sales leads, listening to customer needs and helping them find their match on our developments
