We are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42.5 hours per week.

The Role:

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our housing development in North Molton. Supporting the Site Manager, you will ensure that our project is efficient and profitable with high-quality workmanship, presentation and H&S standards. You will assist with the day-to-day management of site operations, supervising subcontractors and staff members, as well as ensuring visitors and members of the public remain safe.

Additionally, you will:

  • Oversee allocated sections of work and projects
  • Carry out site inductions for staff, subcontractors and visitors
  • Monitor build progress, safety and quality within your responsibilities
  • Help maintain high standards of organisation and motivation on-site

About You:
