The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Cheltenham store. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering first-class customer service, and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive showroom sales and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience.
- Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide personalised product advice and recommendations.
- Train, motivate, and develop showroom staff to deliver high standards of service and performance.
- Oversee staff scheduling, resolving holiday and sickness cover when required.
- Maintain showroom presentation, stock levels, and merchandising to reflect brand standards.
- Manage bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth customer journeys.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Oversee POS processes, cash handling, and awareness of promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure housekeeping standards across sales floor, cash desk, and stockroom.
