Marketing & Business Development Executive
Job Reference: ME 3/25 Location: Dungannon
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the accountancy industry, coupled with expertise in marketing tactics and a passion for building relationships with potential clients.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage the firm’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s message and vision.
- Event Planning and Promotion: Plan and execute client seminars, webinars, and industry events that educate prospects and clients on relevant tax, accounting, and business advisory topics.
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including newsletters, case studies, and client success stories, to demonstrate the firm’s expertise and attract inbound leads.
- Ensure staff are aware of all initiatives and practice-wide updates through regular internal communications and maintenance of our internal Sharepoint site.
- Tender Support: Prepare, manage, and submit tender or bid proposals, working closely with departments to gather accurate information, ensuring all submissions meet quality standards.
- Business Development: Assist in supporting the wider team in researching and gathering information on potential leads prior to client/prospective client meetings.
Personal Specification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Marketing or Business Development role, preferably in the professional services industry (Accounts / legal / financial services).
- Degree in Marketing or other relevant business-related area.
- Knowledge of the accounting and financial services industry is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and present to senior stakeholders and potential clients.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to promote the firm.
