About the role... Our Audit team are on the growth train following the acquisition of CavanaghKelly! We have expanded our remit to Northern Ireland and are looking for an Audit Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of clients and help shape the future of our audit offering. About the day to day An Audit Manager needs to be curious, sceptical, and have a questioning mindset. You need to be adaptable and versatile, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and always on hand to support more junior members of the team. As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role. You'll get stuck into:

  • Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, delivering quality insights to clients
  • Managing and mentoring audit teams, developing junior staff while overseeing client relationships
  • Working with ambitious businesses, providing value beyond compliance

It's hard work and you love it. You thrive on the client-facing aspect, you have ambition, taking pride and satisfaction in spotting and resolving issues at the heart of business activity. The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey.   • ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years in an Audit Management role
