Location: Dungannon

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collate relevant information to prepare and raise fees, liaising with departments and managers to ensure accurate and complete billing.
  • Consolidate and issue relevant accounts documentation to clients, using appropriate communication methods, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Electronic filing of relevant submissions, to the correct authorities within appropriate deadlines.
  • Monitor and meet financial and departmental deadlines, prioritising workload using practice reports and liaising with managers and operational team.
  • Respond to correspondence, e-mails and phone calls with clients and external agencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing and formatting reports, letters, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Monitor and manage calendar bookings, meetings and appointments for department.
  • Update relevant practice software ensuring integrity of data.
  • Support and assist with reception duties and other departmental admin when required.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy administrative role, preferably within an accountancy practice or similar professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience or knowledge of Power Bi, preferable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
