Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for administration? We’re seeking a Secretary/Administrator to join our team and help streamline our day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone with prior administrative or secretarial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, efficient organisation, and excellent support across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day tasks such as managing emails, phone calls, inquiries, member queries, and subscriptions.
- Sending out notifications and maintaining clear communication with all interested parties.
- Gaining an understanding of EPOS systems and accounts (or showing the ability to pick this up quickly).
- Reviewing and organising the current computer and filing systems to improve efficiency and structure.
- Collaborating with the finance team for overlapping tasks related to accounts and EPOS systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing filing systems and improving processes.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Please note this is a temporary position but does have the potential to lead into a permanent role. Working hours are 20 per week, there is a degree of flexibility on how this is split.
