What You’ll Do:
- Manage construction recruitment projects from start to finish — finding and placing top talent across all levels of the sector.
- Develop strong client relationships with key construction companies, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and match candidates to roles that suit their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Build your candidate network by keeping in regular contact with all candidates, ensuring they’re ready to hit the ground running when opportunities arise.
- Drive business development by identifying new clients and growing Global Highland’s presence across the construction sector.
